Grilled Beer Brats with Mango Salsa


  1. 4 Yuengling Traditional Lager Bratwursts
  2. 4 brat rolls or hot dog rolls
  3. For Mango Salsa
  4. 2 mangoes sliced in very small cubes
  5. ½ cup red onion chopped very small
  6. ½ cup red bell pepper chopped very small
  7. ¼ cup chopped jalapeño
  8. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  9. 1 cup packed basil leaves
  10. 1/3 cup olive oil
  11. Pinch of salt


  1. Place basil, oil and salt in a food processor, puree until smooth.
    Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mango, red onions, red pepper,
    jalapeño and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix
    well, slowly add basil oil and set aside.
  3. Bring your grill to a
    medium-low temperature, between 325-350°F. Place brats on the
    grill, cooking until internal temperature reaches 160°F (about 20
  4. Placing grilled brats in buns, spoon mango salsa on the
    top. Serve immediately.
