Quick & Easy Pork Fajitas


  1. 1 pkg. Smithfield® Fajita Fresh Pork Strips
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  3. ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
  5. 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  6. Pico de gallo
  7. Guacamole


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high.  Stir-fry pork strips (without Fajita finishing sauce) until browned, about 5 minutes.  Remove pork from skillet.
  2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet.  Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
  3. Return pork to skillet along with Fajita finished sauce; cook and stir to combine.
  4. Arrange pork and vegetables down center of tortillas; top with pico de gallo and guacamole.  Roll up to serve.
